Shipping policy
Our products are made on demand and production time can take 7-10 business days. Most of our products ship within 7 business days. Most customers receive their products within 2 weeks of ordering.
Shipping Guarantee
We provide shipping guarantees to our customers. If we miss the delivery date (up to 40 days), we offer a full refund. Days are counted from when the package departed the warehouse.
Please note that:
- For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, and Canada, we will issue a refund if the total shipping time is more than 30 days.
- For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, we will issue a refund if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.
- Order delays that are caused by delivery issues, such as an insufficient address, package that are unclaimed, or the inability to contact the customer, etc, will not be refunded.
- If you order different products, it might be possible you will receive multiple packages as we have multiple production facilities.
Your order should meet the following conditions for a shipping guarantee refund:
- Your shipping option is the one displayed on the product page.
- Your products are eligible for delivery.
- The shipping address is correct and eligible.
The guarantee does not apply if the following circumstances exist.
- We will not refund because of unforeseen circumstances, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc.
- We will not refund if the package is shipped to the following countries: Haiti; Kyrgyzstan; Madagascar; Mauritius; Bangladesh; Nepal; Nicaragua; Swaziland; Jamaica; Zambia; Ecuador; Peru; Bolivia; Chile; Argentina; Uruguay; Egypt; Sudan; Libya; Algeria; Angola; Bahamas; Benin; Belize City; Burundi; Dominican Republic; Gambia; Grenada; Cuba; Palestine; Paraguay; Guatemala; Reunion; The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico; Hawaii; Alaska; Guadeloupe; Martinique; and French Guiana.
